James is primarily responsible for assisting the investment team, operating partners, and management teams in evaluating, underwriting, and monitoring new and existing investment opportunities. Previously, James was an investment banker at Capstone Headwaters, where he provided sell-side advisory services to clients across several industries in the lower-middle market.
James holds a BA in Economics and Government from Wesleyan University.
