Fiber Materials, Inc., an Edgewater Portfolio Company, to Add 50 Employees in 2019
Fiber Materials, Inc. in Biddeford is experiencing unprecedented growth in its core defense and space markets, and in diversified markets such as high-performance racing, commercial aerospace and industrial markets.
This year it plans to add at least 50 people.
By the end of 2019, the employee count is expected to be about 235. The growth is expected to continue for the foreseeable future.
“We are expecting to increase head count to 300 employees by 2023,” Kate Whitney, the company’s marketing communications manager, told Mainebiz.
