Edgewater Capital Partners Promotes Two Team Members and Hires Three More
Cleveland, OH, March 02, 2021 – Edgewater Capital Partners (“Edgewater“) is pleased to announce the promotions of Mack Doyle and Ricky Kertis, and the recent hiring of James Kline, Colin Zucker, and Robert Meeks.
Mack Doyle has been promoted to Vice President. Mack has been with Edgewater since 2017 and has played an integral role in origination, deal execution and management of select portfolio companies, including: Callery, DanChem, Fiber Materials, Particle Dynamics, Pure Wafer, and Tritec.
Ricky Kertis has been promoted to Senior Associate. Ricky has been with Edgewater since 2018 and has played an integral role in origination, investor relations and fundraising, deal execution and management of select portfolio companies, including: Callery, ChemQuest, FAR Chemical, and Naprotek. Ricky also sits on the firm’s Commercial Steering Committee.
James Kline joins the firm after nearly four years at investment banking firm Capstone Headwaters, where he provided sell-side advisory services to clients across several industries in the lower-middle market. James holds a BA in Economics and Government from Wesleyan University.
Colin Zucker joined Edgewater in the Fall of 2020 from investment banking firm, EdgePoint Capital, where he worked on lower middle-market transactions across multiple industries. Colin holds a BS in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University.
Robert Meeks joined Edgewater in 2020 following graduation from Ohio University where he received a bachelor’s degree in Finance. While at OU, Robert was on the executive board of the University’s Student Equity Management Group.
