Edgewater Capital Partners Promotes CFO & CCO, Brian Leonard, to Partner
Cleveland, OH, May 27, 2020 – Edgewater Capital Partners (“Edgewater“) is pleased to announce the promotion of Brian Leonard to Partner. Brian joined Edgewater in September 2015 as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. During his tenure, Brian has played an integral role in Edgewater’s growth and success through his leadership contributions across the finance, accounting, compliance, investor relations, portfolio oversight, HR and IT functions. Further, his efforts to help Edgewater’s portfolio companies prepare and navigate COVID-19 have been invaluable.

Prior to joining Edgewater, Brian was a Director in the transaction services practices of two international accounting firms for five years. Earlier, he spent nine years in the assurance and transaction services practices of two “Big 4” accounting firms where his clients included Fortune 500 companies, privately held companies, and private equity firms focusing on the industrial products, chemicals, coatings, and information technology industries. Brian was also the CFO of an electronic health records company. Brian holds a BS in Accounting from Miami University.
