Edgewater Capital Partners Hires David Duke

Edgewater Capital Partners is pleased to announce that David Duke has joined the firm as Director of Business Development. In his role, David will lead the firms marketing, deal sourcing, and development efforts.

David has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and finance and was previously the head of Cary Street Partners’ Chemicals and Materials practice. Before joining Cary Street Partners, he was a Co-Founder of FD Capital Advisors, the investment banking affiliate of Frazier and Deeter, a top 100 CPA firm. He was previously a Principal at Headwaters MB, a leading middle-market firm where he was member of the Industrials Group. Prior to his time at Headwaters, David was Vice President with Synovus Investment Banking, a subsidiary of Synovus Financial Corporation (NYSE: SNV). Before joining Synovus, he held various investment banking positions with several Atlanta-based boutique investment and merchant banking firms.

David is a graduate of James Madison University and holds an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. He was previously a Board member of the Atlanta Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth for seven years.
