Mack spends his time at Edgewater driving transaction execution, deal origination, and portfolio management. Mack works across several industry verticals with Edgewater’s team to identify and evaluate new opportunities for owner-operator partnerships and corporate carve-outs. Previously, Mack worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of KeyBanc Capital Markets. Mack has served on the boards of Edgewater portfolio companies AmeriWater, Iten Defense, and Pure Wafer.
Mack has a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Ohio University.
