J.R. is primarily responsible for assisting the investment team, operating partners, and management teams in evaluating, underwriting, and monitoring new and existing investment opportunities. Previously, J.R. was an Investment Banking Analyst at KeyBanc Capital Markets in the Mergers & Acquisitions group where he worked on middle-market transactions across multiple industries.
J.R. holds a BSBA with a specialization in Finance from The Ohio State University.
